Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All attendees must bring valid Photo ID matching the name on their ticket. Attendees aged 20 or under will not be able to purchase or consume alcohol.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds cannot be issued for any reason, please make sure you can attend the event before purchasing a ticket!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can bring your ticket in any form which shows the unique QR code, and your name. We recommend bringing your ticket on a mobile/tablet device or printed.
